802.1x Configuration - Android

This how-to was prepared for a Samsung Galaxy S with Android 2.6.32.9 FROYO.XWJPF. These steps may differ slightly in your specific device.

Configuration steps:

Step 1

Select "Applications".

Step 2

Select "Settings".

Step 3

Select "Wireless and network".

Step 4

Select "Wi-Fi settings".

Step 5

Under "Wi-Fi networks" you will see all available networks, as well as the networks out of range that you used in the past.

Select "eduroam"

Step 6

Select your options as shown on the figure.

Step 7

Insert your username followed by the domain "@braga.ucp.pt" in "Identity" and your password in "Password".

Step 8

You should now be connected. See check in Wi-Fi and "Connected" under "eduroam"
